MEATing 2019 Congress of technologists, development and quality departments of the meat industry

On June 11, 2019, the first edition of the Congress of technologists, development and quality departments of the meat industry took place - MEATing 2019!

As one of the partners and sponsors of this event, we had the pleasure of giving a presentation and introducing the participants to the topic of online temperature mapping, the title of our lecture is: "Online temperature mapping. New quality in the production and storage process.”

It was a very valuable meeting because it answered the most frequently asked and bothering questions of representatives of processing plants and companies supplying their goods and services to the meat industry. Thanks to the fact that the lectures and presentations were substantive and responded to specific problems, the participants had the opportunity to gain useful knowledge and draw constructive conclusions.

Another advantage of this Congress was the opportunity to establish and develop business relationships, because the meeting was addressed to both representatives of processing plants and suppliers to the meat industry. During the event, we witnessed more than one sales conversation, allowing us to learn about solutions helpful for processing activities.
