Wojkowicka 21, NIP: 954-21-13-188 (hereinafter "Mikster") takes the protection of your personal data seriously and strictly complies with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). Personal data is collected on this website (http://www.sklep.mikster.pl) only to the extent necessary resulting from the purpose of the business and the services provided as part of it.

Data processing on our website

Use and transfer of personal data

How long do we process personal data?
The time for which we can process personal data depends on the legal basis constituting the legal basis for the processing of personal data by Mikster. Accordingly, we inform you that:

Right to information and request deletion
You have the right to request, at any time, information about the personal data collected concerning you, in particular about their origin, recipient and purpose of their collection, as well as about when they have been processed. In addition, you have the right, under applicable law, to request that your personal data be supplemented, updated, corrected, or that their processing be temporarily or permanently suspended.
The right to delete data can be exercised, for example, when the data of a natural person is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by Mikster or when the natural person withdraws his or her consent to the processing of data by Mikster. Moreover, if a natural person objects to the processing of his or her data or if his or her data is processed unlawfully. The data should also be deleted in order to fulfill the obligation arising from the law.
In turn, the right to transfer data applies when the processing of a person's data is based on the consent of the natural person or a contract concluded with him or her and when this processing is carried out automatically.
In connection with the processing of personal data by Mikster, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
