Industrial microprocessor devices Controller MCD-111 – for automatic control, supervision and registration of pasteurization or sterilization processes of canned food carried out in spray and water autoclaves.
The system includes MCD-111 microprocessor controllers and a process visualization and archiving program running on a PC.
The system allows the process to be carried out based on the traditional method or the measured sterilization value F0.
The use of the system allows for optimization of the sterilization process and reduction of deviations in the obtained lethal value accumulated to the desired value of this parameter, which leads to an increase in the quality of canned goods.
