MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER MCD-111 is designed for controlling, inspecting and logging of pasteurization or sterilization process of tinned food in spraying and water autoclaves. This system includes microprocessor controllers MCD 111 and visualizing, archiving programs on PC computers.
System enables to carry out the process on basis of traditional methods or measured sterilization value (F0). Implementation of STERYLEX 2000 allows to optimalize sterilization process and to decrease deviation of parameters, which ensures high quality of tinned food.
